How do I sign up, and what can I expect?
Click “book now” and complete the questionnaire. We will reach out to you with a quote. Once you have approved the quote, we will schedule our first service! We will do our best to come on the same day each week, so you know when to expect us. We will send a text when we are on our way, and we will send a photo of your secured gate upon completion.
What do you in inclement weather?
We do our best to scoop in all kinds of weather, but we do sometimes have to reschedule. If this happens, we will reach out to you to let you know and to schedule your new scoop. If we have to move your scoop until the following week, you will still be charged at your normal weekly rate for the skipped scoop, as we will still be scooping the missed poop.
Can I pause my service in the winter?
You can pause your service in the winter and resume service in the spring, however our initial/one-time scoop rates will apply (see the rates page).
How do you collect payment?
For initial/one-time scoops, we will send you an invoice after the service. For recurring services, we will send you an invoice at the end of the month. You can pay the invoice online with a credit card or bank account.
